Where they differ, the [Terms of Service](https://lenci.siyada.pro/terms?lang=en), the [Privacy Policy](https://lenci.siyada.pro/privacy?lang=en) and the [Account deletion](https://lenci.siyada.pro/account-deletion?lang=en) page prevail; they are published in Arabic and English, and the Arabic text prevails if the two differ. ## Getting started ### What is Lenci? Lenci Studio is a virtual photo studio in the browser by Siyada Technology in Saudi Arabia, for fashion and product brands in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. You build the scene from the model, set, lighting and camera; Lenci then prepares the instructions and reference images for the AI that generates the picture, and the result is saved in your library. ### Do I need an account? You can open the Studio, build scenes and try the ready looks without an account. You sign in, with a link sent to your e-mail or with Google, to shoot with your own AI account and keep your results, models and garments. You must be at least 18 years old. ### Which languages are available? The interface is available in 11 languages: Arabic, English, Chinese, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Korean. Nawaa writes its posts in Arabic and English, while the image instructions that Lenci sends to the AI are written in English. ### Do I need photography or design experience? No. Start from a ready look, which is a complete scene with the set, lighting, camera and framing, then swap in your product or model. The photo guide shows you how to photograph your product with your phone from the useful angles before you upload it. ## Your own AI ### How does shooting with my own AI work? You build the scene in the Studio, press “Shoot with my own AI” and pick your tool. Lenci copies a picture combining the preview with your references and writes the instructions, then opens the tool in a new tab so you can attach the picture and send. When the result is ready, you paste it into Lenci or upload it from your phone, and it is saved in your library. ### Which AI tools are supported? For images: ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok, and Lenci also supports Midjourney by copying the image command. For video: Grok. Writing tasks such as a Nawaa plan or website copy, and anything generated inside Lenci, use Lenci credits. ### Does it use Lenci credits? No. Shooting with your own account is free on Lenci and deducts no credits, but the image is generated in your account with the provider, so its limits and charges apply under your plan with them. ### Can Lenci see my ChatGPT account? No. Lenci never asks for your password and never signs in to your account; the tool opens in your browser and you are the one who sends the request. What you paste or attach there is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. ### Can I make a video? Yes, with Grok: Lenci prepares the scene's first frame and the instructions, you make the video in Grok and bring the MP4 file back to the shot, up to 50 MB and 60 seconds. A video generated inside Lenci uses Lenci credits, and the number shows before you start. ## Credits and billing ### What does a credit buy? Credits are used when an AI model generates something for you inside Lenci: an image, a high-quality image, a video clip, a Nawaa campaign plan or a text suggestion. The number is shown in the product and on the [Pricing](https://lenci.siyada.pro/en/pricing) page before you use it; previews and exports use no credits. ### Do credits expire? No, not while your account is open, whatever your plan. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or moved to another account, as the [Terms of Service](https://lenci.siyada.pro/terms?lang=en) state. ### How do I cancel my plan? In Account & billing, at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed; your card is never charged automatically, and your remaining credits stay in your account. ### Do I get a VAT invoice? Yes. Every payment has a VAT invoice you can download or print in Account & billing, and prices are in Saudi riyals with VAT at 15% included. ### Which payment methods are accepted? mada, cards and Apple Pay on Moyasar's secure payment page, in Saudi riyals. We never receive or store your full card details. ## Models and consent ### Are the models real people? No. The catalogue faces and the model images in Lenci's preview are generated with AI and do not depict real people. A real person only appears in your pictures if you add their photos yourself, with their permission. ### Can I use my own model? Yes, once you have their explicit permission to use their image and likeness for the intended purpose, and a parent's or guardian's for a minor. Add their photos under My models and confirm the consent; you remain responsible for that permission under the [Terms of Service](https://lenci.siyada.pro/terms?lang=en). ### Who owns the images? You do. The Terms say that you own the results generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially, subject to the law and the AI provider's policies. Results may resemble results generated for others, so uniqueness is not guaranteed. ### Are the results always accurate? No. AI results can contain errors in products, text, hands or faces, and may not match your reference exactly. Review every result before you publish or sell with it, and disclose that it was generated with AI where the law or a platform requires it. ## Nawaa ### What is Nawaa? The planning tool in Lenci: it reads your brand from your website, store or social handle, then writes a four-week posting plan in Arabic and English for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and YouTube. Where you have connected an account with a publishing API under Connections, you can publish from Nawaa or switch on auto-publish for the campaign, and you remain responsible for what is published. Otherwise you copy the caption, download the picture and post it yourself. ### Can I export the plan to my calendar? Yes, as an ics calendar file that your phone or e-mail calendar opens, or as a csv sheet. Every post carries its date, its time in Riyadh time, its platform and its Arabic and English captions. ## Websites ### What does the website builder do? It turns a short brief and shots from your library into a one-page site in Arabic and English, which you edit and then publish at its own address. The site stays public until you unpublish or delete it, and you are responsible for its content and offers. ### Can search engines find my site? Only if you allow it: every site has a “Show this site in search engines” setting, off by default; turn it on when the site is ready for the public. Before you publish, the preview is unlisted: anyone with its address can open it, but search engines are told not to index it. ## Privacy ### How do I download my data? With “Download my data” under Your privacy choices in the [Privacy Policy](https://lenci.siyada.pro/privacy?lang=en) or on the Account deletion page: one file with everything linked to your account, in which your images and videos appear as links that work until the account is deleted. You can also download any item from your library. ### How do I delete my account? With “Delete my account” on the [Account deletion](https://lenci.siyada.pro/account-deletion?lang=en) page. The account and its data are deleted 7 days after you confirm; you can cancel the deletion during those 7 days, and after that it cannot be undone. ### Where is my data processed? Lenci's servers are in the European Union (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and its AI providers are in the United States, so your data is processed outside Saudi Arabia, limited to what each purpose needs under the Personal Data Protection Law. Payments are processed in the Kingdom by Moyasar. ## Support ### How do I contact you?
