1. How to delete your account
Your Lenci Studio account is the same on the web and in every Lenci app that signs in with it; deleting it removes it everywhere. You can delete it yourself:
- From your account: sign in with the account you want to delete, choose “Delete my account” on this page and type the account’s e-mail address to confirm. We send you a confirmation by e-mail.
- A 7-day grace period: for 7 days after you confirm, the account keeps working and you can cancel the deletion on this page at any time. When the 7 days end, the account is locked, its data is deleted automatically and we send you a final confirmation by e-mail.
- By e-mail, if you cannot sign in: write to privacy@lenci.ai from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject “Lenci Studio account deletion request”. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account’s address. We schedule the deletion within 30 days of the request, with the same 7 days to cancel.
Deleting your account is free of charge.
2. Before you ask
- Download what you want to keep: “Download my data” on this page gives you one file (JSON) with everything linked to your account; your images and videos are listed in it as links, which work until the account is deleted. You can also download items from the Library and export your brand memory in Memory → Settings.
- Remaining credits and the current plan period are lost and not refunded when the account is deleted, except where the law requires otherwise (see the Terms of Service).
- Posts already published to Instagram, X, TikTok or another connected account stay on those platforms: delete them there.
3. What we delete
- Your sign-in identity, e-mail address, name and profile picture.
- Your credit balance, plan, trial and subscription records that the law does not require us to keep.
- Your Library: uploads, generated images and videos, and the files stored for them.
- Studio drafts, your own models and their photos, wardrobe items, locations, looks, designs, storyboards, brand profiles and websites (published websites go offline).
- Nawaa brands, campaigns and posts; brand memory.
- Connected accounts and their tokens, your own AI keys and connections, agent tokens and API keys, batch jobs and Claw tasks.
- Support conversations, e-mail preferences, the records of the e-mails we sent you, ratings and the usage measurement events linked to your account.
4. What we keep, and why
- Invoices, payments and the related credit records (including the unused balance written off at deletion), for as long as Saudi accounting and tax rules require (up to 10 years), only for that purpose and without your name, e-mail address or picture.
- A one-way hash of your e-mail address, which cannot be turned back into the address, so that a new account with the same address does not receive the free sign-up credits again.
- A record of the deletion itself: when it was requested and carried out, and how many records were deleted; no personal content.
- Security and administration logs that name the account only by its random ID: the administrators’ activity log for up to 1 year and the record of operator actions on accounts for up to 2 years.
- Records needed for a legal claim or a request from a competent authority, only while it lasts.
- Copies held by AI providers under their own API retention policies, short-lived hosting logs, which expire on their own schedule, and encrypted backup copies of the service, which are replaced within 14 days and used only to restore the service (an account deleted before a restore is deleted again).
After deletion, the account and its content cannot be recovered. You can create a new account later with the same e-mail address; it starts empty.
5. What you can delete yourself right now
- Any image or video: account menu → Library → Delete.
- Brand memory: Memory → Settings → Forget everything.
- Connected accounts: Connections → Disconnect.
- Agent tokens and API keys: Developers → Revoke.
- Websites: Websites → Unpublish or Delete.
- Your plan: Account & billing → Cancel at period end.
