1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Siyada Technology, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”), for the use of Lenci Studio at lenci.siyada.pro and every Lenci app that signs in with the same account (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may bind it, and “you” includes that company.
2. The Service
Lenci Studio is a virtual photo studio in the browser. You build a shot (subject, wardrobe, set, lighting, camera, look, framing, motion) and Lenci prepares it for AI image and video models, generates the result through third-party AI providers and keeps it in your Library. The Service also includes, among others: the Design studio (mockups, graphic design, colourways), My models, Wardrobe and the AI stylist, Locations, Looks and templates, the Commercial studio, the image editor with AI edit, Nawaa marketing campaigns with the planner and publishing to your connected accounts, websites, brand memory, the public API and the batch queue, and integrations with your own AI agents. We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is not available to minors.
4. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail or with Google. Keep access to your e-mail and Google account secure: whoever controls them can enter your Lenci account.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by the agent tokens and API keys you create. Treat them as passwords and revoke any you no longer use.
- Tell us at once at support@lenci.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person or company per account; do not share or resell access.
5. Credits, plans and payments
5.1 Credits
Generations use credits. The number of credits each action costs (for example an image, a high-quality image, a video or a campaign plan) is shown in the product and on the Pricing page before you use it. Credits are deducted when a generation is accepted. When a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits are returned automatically in most cases; if they are not, contact Support and we will return them. Credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for money or moved to another account.
5.2 Prices and payment
Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include value-added tax (VAT) at 15 %. Payments are processed by Moyasar on its secure payment page (mada, cards and Apple Pay, as offered there); we do not receive or store your full card details. A VAT invoice for every payment is available in Account & billing. We may change prices with prior notice; a change never affects a period or a credit pack you have already paid for.
5.3 Plans
- A paid plan runs for one calendar month from the payment and adds that plan’s monthly credits once for that month.
- Near the end of each period we send you a renewal invoice; paying it continues the plan for another month. We do not charge your card automatically. If the renewal is not paid, the plan ends after a short grace period and your account returns to the Free plan; your remaining credits stay in your account.
- Changing to another plan starts the new plan when you pay for it, without proration of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time in Account & billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
- The free trial gives, once per account and before any subscription, the Starter plan’s features for 14 days and a one-time credit grant, without payment details.
5.4 Credit packs
Credit packs are one-off purchases. Their credits are added after the payment is confirmed, can be used with any plan and do not expire while your account is open.
6. Refunds
Because credits and plan periods give immediate access to digital services, paid periods and used credits are not refundable, except where this section or the law says otherwise. If you were charged twice, were charged without receiving the credits or plan you paid for, or the Service failed for reasons within our control, contact support@lenci.ai and we will correct it or refund you. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the consumer protection rules or any other mandatory law; if these Terms conflict with such a rule, the rule prevails.
7. Your content
7.1 What you upload
You keep all rights in the images, files, text and settings you upload or create. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display that content, and to send it to the AI providers that perform your requests, only to provide the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the law requires us to keep.
7.2 What Lenci generates for you
As between you and us, you own the results generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially, subject to these Terms, the law and the usage policies of the AI provider that produced them. AI results may resemble results generated for others, and we do not guarantee that a result is unique or that it can be protected by intellectual property rights.
7.3 People in images
Before you upload an image of a person, or add a person under “My models”, you must have that person’s explicit permission to use their image and likeness for the intended purpose (and that of a parent or guardian for a minor). You are fully responsible for any claim arising from images used without such permission.
7.4 Your responsibility
You are responsible for your content and for how you use the results, including that they do not infringe the rights of others, that product images do not mislead buyers, and that advertising follows the rules that apply to it in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- break the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the laws that apply to you;
- create content that offends Islam or any religion, public morals or public order, or that is pornographic, violent or incites hatred;
- impersonate a real person, create deepfakes of people without their consent, or create content meant to mislead or defraud;
- sexualise, exploit or target minors in any way;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or image rights of others;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through your connected accounts;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the Service, bypass credits, rate limits or security, or scrape it;
- reverse engineer the Service, or resell or offer it to others as a competing AI service without our written consent.
We may refuse, remove or block content or requests that breach this section, and AI providers may refuse requests under their own policies.
9. AI-generated content
AI results can be inaccurate, can contain errors in products, text, hands or faces, and may not match your reference exactly. Review every result before you publish or sell with it. Where the law or a platform requires it, disclose that content was generated with AI.
10. Connected accounts, publishing and agents
When you connect an outside account, you authorise Lenci to act on it as you instruct, including publishing posts you approve or schedule, under the policies you set for each tool. You remain responsible for what is published, and the outside service’s terms apply. We are not responsible for the actions, outages or decisions of outside services. Agent tokens, task links and the public API act with your account’s rights, use your credits and are subject to rate limits; we may revoke a token that is misused.
11. Websites you publish
A website you publish is public at its address until you unpublish or delete it. You are responsible for its content, contact details and offers.
12. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, catalogue assets, interface and the Lenci name and logos belong to Siyada Technology or its licensors. These Terms give you no right to use them beyond using the Service.
13. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features that depend on third-party providers may change or stop when those providers change. We may carry out planned or urgent maintenance.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, Siyada Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, reputation or data, or for your use of results in a way that infringes the rights of others. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will compensate Siyada Technology for claims, damages and reasonable costs, including lawyers’ fees, that result from your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of others.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account yourself on Account deletion: the account and its data are deleted 7 days after you confirm, and you can cancel the deletion during those 7 days; after that it cannot be undone. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, that is used for fraud or abuse, or when a competent authority requires it; where appropriate we tell you why. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits and the remainder of a paid period are not refunded when you delete your account or when we close it for a breach, except where the law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. We announce material changes by e-mail or with a clear notice in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, the updated Terms apply; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably: write to legal@lenci.ai. Failing that, the competent courts in Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Language
These Terms are published in Arabic and English, and both versions are binding. If they differ, the Arabic version prevails. Translations of the surrounding pages into other languages are for convenience only.
