Monthly plans
Each paid month adds the plan’s credits. Renewal is never automatic: you pay the next month when you want it.
Credit packs
One-off top-ups for any plan. Credits never expire while your account is open.
What a credit buys
Previews, the prompt pack and exports are free. Credits are used only when an AI model generates something for you.

- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your account while it is open, whatever your plan.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time in Account & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
- Do I get a VAT invoice?
- Yes. Every payment has a VAT invoice you can download or print in Account & billing.
- How do I pay?
- On Moyasar’s secure page with mada, a card or Apple Pay. Lenci never sees your card number.
- What if a generation fails?
- Its credits come back automatically in most cases; if they do not, Support returns them.
